i work in a job generating leads for insurance and mortgages and life protection and the protection that comes with them

can u uys give me some questioning tips on how to get people to listen and actually want to give some time to see the approritate people, whether its for a quote or advice or anything ‘bums on seats’ is what i need

insurance, i usually find out thier current arrangments, who its with wether its building/contetns, how much they pay.etc etc

mortgages is more or less the same, finding out thier arrangments…

with this in mind, what core questions can i ask….in getting into thier heads to review thier current arrangments for something better

    After you collect the lead information, send out a mailer to see who’s interested, THEN contact ppl that respond. By this time, you’ve already gotten only those that are interested.

    I’m a court researcher, I have been doing that for 4 years.

    Very familier with the mortgage life insurance products!

    I assume your Company is Registered under the FSA ? If so then I think you should insist on proper training ..

    Since you are part of selling Financial instruments, failing to give you proper training you leaves the company open to charges of miss-selling or could result in them being de-registered ..
