they are useless!!!! it took about 12 weeks for mine, you can speak to the law socity and they should get him to put his finger out
My sister had to wait nearly 2 and half years!! It was because she was pregnant her daughter was premature very ill as a result of the accident so she had hospital visits back forth 2 determin the cause.
Didn’t get any actual money.My car was repaired and I had a loan car while it was being done. Collected the car, all OK. The insurance co. took care of the bills.It is entirely down to the insurance companies What should happen is your company pays your bills and then claims their money back from the 3rd party insurance. co. You should not be involved at all nor should solicitors be necessary Presume you are full comp in the UK..In all mine took about 5 weeks start to finish.
