If you’re only talking about Christmas Day, that’s a national holiday, so all of those types of businesses will be closed. If you’re asking about individual companies’ holiday hours, that’s up to each one.
Normally it’s the end of the day on Christmas Eve – but many people who work for them will finish early so it won’t be so easy getting anything done. Don’t leave anything important until the afternoon on Christmas eve!
